Return/Refund Policy

PornAtWorkSceneSmall Return/Refund PolicyAt BraveHearts, our goal is for your complete satisfaction with any products or services we provide to you. Therefore, if you’re dissatisfied with any aspect of our products or services, we’d like to hear from you directly and attempt to personally resolve any issues or unmet expectations.

If you’re still not satisfied with our attempts to make things right and would like to request a return or refund, the following policies are in effect:

One-on-one mentoring: full refund for any scheduled single sessions that Michael misses and you both are unable to reschedule within 30 days of the missed appointment date. Otherwise, there are no refunds for either single sessions or monthly programs.

TeleGroups: full refund for any scheduled telegroup sessions that Michael misses and fails to reschedule within 30 days for a similar day of the week and time. Otherwise, there are no refunds.

Books, autographed and/or personalized: since we only sell books that have been autographed and/or personalized, there are no refunds. If Michael made a blatant error in personalizing a book, we will re-send out a correctly personalized book at no additional charge to our customer.

Digital downloads: there are no returns or refunds for any digitally downloaded products.

Donations: financial gifts and gifts in kind given to our non-profit entity BraveHearts, Inc. are clearly identified and, as gifts, are not typically requested by or refunded and returned to the donor. However, if there are any errors in processing incorrect amounts on our end, we will act quickly to correct our mistakes and refund any amount due.
